Estoi is a small town located in the municipality of Faro, in the Algarve region of Portugal. 

It is situated approximately 10 kilometers north of Faro and is known for its beautiful historic buildings, including the Palácio de Estoi.

The Palácio de Estoi is a stunning 19th-century palace that was built in the Rococo style. It was originally designed as a private residence for a wealthy family but was later converted into a hotel. The palace features beautiful gardens, intricate tile work, and ornate stucco decorations.

In addition to the palace, Estoi also has a number of other historic buildings, including a 19th-century church and several old manor houses. The town is also known for its Roman ruins, which include the Milreu Roman Villa, a well-preserved Roman villa that dates back to the 1st century AD.

Estoi is a popular destination for tourists who come to admire its historic buildings and soak up its relaxed atmosphere. The town also hosts a number of cultural events throughout the year, including a traditional Portuguese festival in August.
