Adega do Cantor
At around 100,000 bottles annually, this is a small-scale production where the focus is on excellence and quality.
The intention is that the wines should be an honest reflection of the excellent climate conditions offered in the Algarve.
The grapes are carefully harvested by hand on all three estates. At the winery, they combine traditional techniques (such as fermentation in open vats) with new and modern technologies (such as the computerised refrigeration system). This means that all of the qualities, properties and aromas of each variety produced here can be preserved and guaranteed. The Adega do Cantor supplies the Algarve region with a variety of wines, showing the public the art of producing the wines through guided tours.
